You are required by law under Title 10, U. S. C., § 12319 and DOD Directive 1200.7 and directed by Commander, Navy Reserve Force to participate.
The purpose of this mandatory IRR Muster is an opportunity to better understand the roles, responsibilities, and benefits of the IRR. Additionally, this is a chance to address any questions or concerns that you may have at this time.
