Health of the Force - Calendar Year 2023

Shift Colors, the Navy's official retiree publication, honors the tradition changing out the ensigns of a naval vessel when the ship gets underway. It is designed especially for those who have shifted from an active or Reserve status to that of retired. Its pages contain information pertaining to important issues of interest to the Navy Retiree community, including news from the Secretary of the Navy Retiree Council, as well as stories about DOD policies, medical and dental concerns, legislation affecting retirees, and photographs from around the Fleet.

Sailor to Sailor is the Official Newsletter of MyNavyHR, and is dedicated to ensuring Sailors have the most up-to-date information about Personnel, Pay, Education, Training, Retention and MyNavy HR transformation.
