Alignment of the Standard Officer Cap Insignia for all Officers W1 through O10, addition of Aerial Vehicle Pilot Warrant Officer Designation Insignia, Addition of Aerial Vehicle Pilot Qualification and Surface Chaplain Qualification Insignia.  Addition of Senior Enlisted Advisor, Chairman Joint Chief of Staff (SEAC) Rating Insignia and Identification Badges and FY24 Uniform Allowances and Requirements.
