NMCMPS System Access & Assigned Roles

In order to use the Navy-Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System (NMCMPS) you must have both access and a role.

1. ACCESS. Access to the BUPERS Online (BOL) Web Portal hosting the NMCMPS application.
NOTE:  Civilian and Contract employees will need to request a BOL account via the helpdesk (see below).
2. ROLE. An assigned role within the application.

Roles are assigned based upon your current Onboard UIC.
NOTE: Any time you change UICs, your role will be reset and you will need to contact NMCMPS Support for assistance.

Most common roles are as follows:

Member Access - Default access for military members. Allows for viewing personal IA/MOB/ADSW orders.

Command Viewer - Allows viewing of all records in the Processing Module (PM) for an augmentee assigned to that command

Command Updater - Allows updating of all fields and records for augmentees assigned to that individual command.

Command Administrator – Provides a tracking role to the Commands. This allows them to track the augmentee once orders are written until they return to their NOSC parent command.
NOTE: Designated CO and XO billets are automatically assigned an Command Administrator role, no request required.

To Request an elevated NMCMPS role:
Please email NMCMPS_Support@navy.mil to be sent a System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) form with instructions for completion and submission.
**Please note that this is only for access to the Navy-Marine Corps Mobilization Process System (NMCMPS), contact BOL for additional application information.**
