RMKS/1.  For the Department of the Navy, environmental stewardship is a 
cornerstone of mission sustainment.  I want to thank all of our civilians, 
Sailors, and Marines who are part of the environmental team supporting our 
operations and installations.

2.  It is my distinct pleasure to announce the winners of the Secretary of 
the Navy FY 2015 Environmental Awards competition:

3.  All winners are nominated to compete in the 2016 Secretary of Defense 
Environmental Awards competition with the exception of the Afloat 
Environmental Award winner, which has no equivalent at the Secretary of 
Defense level.

4.  Award presentations will be coordinated separately with the winners
