RMKS/1.  The Department of the Navy environmental stewardship creates a 
strong foundation for mission sustainment.  I want to thank our Civilians, 
Sailors, and Marines who are part of the environmental team supporting our 
operations and installations.

Environmental Awards competition with the exception of the Environmental 
Planning and the Afloat Environmental Award winners, which has no equivalent 
at the Secretary of Defense level.
