RMKS/1.  I am pleased to announce that I have approved the report of a 
detailing selection board which recommended Captain Charles N. Purnell II, a 
Judge Advocate on the Active-Duty list of the Navy, for detail as Assistant 
Judge Advocate General, Chief Judge Department of the Navy, and Assistant 
Judge Advocate General of the Navy.  Captain Charles N. Purnell II will 
relieve Captain Moira D. Modzelewski as Assistant Judge Advocate General, 
Chief Judge Department of the Navy, in July 2018.
