SUBJ/REVISION OF THE MANUAL OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL

RMKS/1.  As authorized by the Secretary of the Navy, the Judge Advocate 
General of the Navy will issue reference (a), JAGINST 5800.7F, Change 2, 
Manual of the Judge Advocate General (JAGMAN), with an effective date of 26 
August 2019.  JAGINST 5800.7F, Change 2 revises section 0128  Disposition of 
Charges to include policies and procedures for obtaining and documenting a 
victims preference for jurisdiction for sex-related offenses.  Appendix A-1- 
q is added a the standard Victim Preference Letter that shall be used to 
document a victims preference for jurisdiction in all sex-related offenses.
