RMKS/1.  As authorized by the Secretary of the Navy, the Judge Advocate 
General of the Navy has issued reference (a), JAGINST 5800.7F, Change 
Transmittal 3, Manual of the Judge Advocate General (JAGMAN), with an 
effective date of 30 March 2020.  JAGMAN Change Transmittal 3 incorporates 
the interim change to Chapter 1, section 0153(e), directed by reference (b), 
and revises Chapter 9, section 0902(d), to expand the number of personnel who 
may have notary authority and update notary qualification requirements and 
instructions.
