RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces the promulgation of OPNAVINST 7220.11E, an 
update to the Nuclear Officer Incentive Pay program instruction.

2.  OPNAVINST 7220.11E can be downloaded at 
Http://doni.daps.dla.mil/allinstructions.aspx

3.  Summary of changes:
a.  This revision incorporates references a and b into the base instruction.  
It also clarifies several aspects of the instruction based on fleet questions 
and feedback.
b.  This revision makes no changes to current contract rates or bonus 
amounts.
