The Chief of Naval Operations is pleased to announce the Office of Director of National Intelligence Military Fellowship Program for 2016-2017. This 10 month fellowship starts in August 2016 and is located at ODNI in McLean, VA. The fellowship will provide Information Dominance Corps Officers (18XX) a unique opportunity to interact with leaders at the highest levels of the intelligence community, increase their understanding of policy development and decision making at the highest levels of government while integrating national security, governance, and information technology concerns. 2. The program is open to all post-milestone active duty O5-O6 18XX officers with a Master's degree. A candidate must have completed Joint Professional Military Education Phase I prior to being selected or on schedule to complete by the end of this program.
