This NAVADMIN solicits applications for the FY-17 Nurse Corps Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program (MECP) Selection Board. The FY-17 MECP selection board will convene in November 2016. All applications must be postmarked by 15 September 2016. MECP provides a path for active-duty and Full-Time Support (FTS) enlisted Sailors and Marines, in any rating or military occupational specialty who already have some college credit, to obtain a baccalaureate degree in nursing and a commission in the Nurse Corps. Reservists in a FTS status are eligible; reservists in any status other than FTS are not eligible. 2.
