The Chief of Naval Operations is pleased to announce the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Military Fellowship Program for 2017-2018. This 10 month fellowship starts in August 2017 and is located at ODNI in McLean, VA. The fellowship will provide Information Warfare Community Officers (18XX) a unique opportunity to interact with leaders across the intelligence community, increase their understanding of policy development and decision making at the highest levels of government while integrating national security, governance, and information technology concerns. 2. This program is open to 18XX officers with a Master's degree and has the following qualifications; post milestone or post command O-5 or any O-6. A candidate must have completed Joint Professional Military Education Phase I prior to being selected or on schedule to complete by the end of this program.
