With the successful launch of My Navy Portal (MNP), the Navy will sunset Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) on 14 April 2017 and all NKO users will be redirected to MNP at https://my.navy.mil for logon. 2. Navy e-Learning courses (also known as NKO courses) can now be found by going to the MNP top navigation menu, hovering over Professional Resources and clicking Navy e-Learning/Online Courses. Electronic Training Jacket will be found by hovering over My Record. Navy e-Library resources are found at https://mwrdigitallibrary.navy.mil/. 3. Communities of Practice (COP), including Navy Advancement Center, General Skills Training, Personnel Qualification Standards, Career Management, and Learning and Development Roadmaps (LaDRs), are accessed by hovering over Professional Resources or Organizations. Users will also find a COP sitemap by hovering over Organizations, selecting Communities of Practice and then clicking Sitemap. 4. Navy organizations offering hyperlinks to NKO need to update and point users to MNP at https://my.navy.mil. Commands currently maintaining a COP are directed to ensure their content is current and begin conducting all relevant business in MNP. Training and other helpful resources for COP site administrators is available on MNP. Hover over Support, select MNP Help, and then click Administrator Tutorials.
