RMKS/1.  Congratulations to Electronic Attack Squadron ONE THREE FIVE (VAQ 
135), USS NITZE (DDG 94), and Commander, Navy Information Operations Command 
(NIOC) Whidbey Island, for their selection as the
2017 Association of Old Crows (AOC) Outstanding Navy Unit Award winners 
(aviation, surface-subsurface, and shore).  Their contributions to the 
information operations and electronic warfare community are significant and 
noteworthy.
