RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces the 2018 recipients of the Captain Joy 
Bright Hancock and Master Chief Anna Der-Vartanian Leadership Awards.  
Congratulations to the following award recipients who were selected for their 
inspirational leadership, both on and off-duty:
    a.  Senior Officer:  CDR Amanda Hawkins, Patrol Squadron SIXTEEN.
    b.  Junior Officer:  LT Victoria Gonzalez, Naval Mobile Construction 
Battalion THREE.
    c.  LDO/CWO:  LT Marissa Brownfripp, Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 
SEVEN ONE.
    c.  Senior Enlisted:  CMDCM(SCW) Cajan Nelms, USS BAINBRIDGE (DDG 96).
    d.  Junior Enlisted:  STG1(SW) Sarah Clowry-Hughes, USS MUSTIN (DDG 89).

2.  These awards will be formally presented at the Joint Womens Leadership 
Symposium, 21-22 June 2018 in San Diego, CA.  Commander, Navy Personnel 
Command (PERS-4) will make travel arrangements for award winners.

3.  Again, congratulations to these deserving award winners and nominees!  
Thank you for your visionary and inspirational leadership, which helps to 
shape the Navy this nation needs.  Bravo Zulu!
