RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN promulgates a modification to enclosure (1) of 
reference (a).

2.  Effective 1 October 2019 the Nuclear Career Annual Incentive Pay
(AIP) for eligible Nuclear Limited Duty Officers (LDO(N)) is modified as 
follows:
    a.  Eligible LDO(N)s in permanent paygrades of O-4 and O-5 will be paid 
Nuclear Career AIP of $20,000 per year, all other eligible LDO(N)s and Chief 
Warrant Officers (CWO) will be paid Nuclear Career AIP of $10,000 per year.
    b.  Nuclear Career AIP is paid annually at the end of the fiscal year to 
all eligible officers on active duty as of 30 September.
The first increased payment under this modified Nuclear Career AIP rate will 
be made beginning 1 October 2020.
