RMKS/1.  Per references (a) and (b), the official electronic repository of 
Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) directives and Office of the Chief of Naval 
Operations (OPNAV) directives is the Department of the Navy Issuances (DONI) 
website.  Per reference (c), Naval Forms Online (NFOL) is the official 
Department of the Navy (DON) repository for all DON forms.

2.  Due to the closure of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) datacenter in 
Philadelphia, PA, where the old DONI and NFOL servers resided, the former 
DONI website (http://doni.documentservices.dla.mil/) and NFOL website
(https://navalforms.documentservices.dla.mil/web/public/home) have been 
decommissioned.

3.  The URL to the new public DONI Web site is 
https://www.secnav.navy.mil/doni, and as of 25 January 2019, is live and 
operational.

4.  As of 25 January 2019, DON forms will be temporarily hosted, for up to 1 
year, on DLA's Forms OnLine (FOL) at 
https://forms.documentservices.dla.mil/order/.  Users having issues with the 
site using Internet Explorer should use Google Chrome instead.
