RMKS/1.  Congratulations to Electronic Attack Squadron ONE THREE FIVE (VAQ 
135) BLACK RAVENS, USS MITSCHER (DDG 57), and Commander, Navy Information 
Operations Command (NIOC) Whidbey Island, for their selection as the 2019 
Association of Old Crows (AOC) Outstanding Navy Unit Award winners (aviation, 
surface, and shore).  Their contributions to the Information Operations and 
Electronic Warfare community are significant and noteworthy.
