SUBJ/FLYING THE NATIONAL FLAG AT HALF-MAST IN HONOR OF ADMIRAL JAMES L. 
HOLLOWAY III, USN (RET), 20TH CHIEF OF NAVAL OPERATIONS//

RMKS/1.  Commencing today, until sunset on Monday, 2 December 2019, the 
National Flag will be flown at half-mast on all Navy ships and stations to 
honor Admiral James L. Holloway III, former Chief of Naval Operations.

2.  On the date of his interment, the National Flag will be flown at half-
mast from sunrise to sunset.  A separate message will be released to announce 
the date of interment.
