RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces the Senate confirmed nomination of officers 
for promotion to the grade of Active-Duty captain line and staff corps and 
commander line in the U.S. Navy on 24 June 2021.

2.  Frocking of officers is not authorized without specific approval from the 
Chief of Naval Personnel.  Individual requests for frocking of officers 
should be submitted in line with reference (a).
