RMKS/1. It is a pleasure to announce the winners of the 2023 Fleet Awards.

2. The Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy awards recipients for their outstanding 
improvement in battle efficiency. The 2023 winners are:
    a. U.S. Fleet Forces: USS PASADENA (SSN 752)
    b. Pacific Fleet: STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON 137 (VFA-137)

3. The Marjorie Sterrett Battleship Fund Award recognizes superior 
performance in the battle efficiency competition. The 2023 winners are:
    a. U.S. Fleet Forces: USS NEW YORK (LPD 21)
    b. Pacific Fleet: USS MAKIN ISLAND (LHD 8)
