This NAVADMIN announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Permanent Military Professor (PMP) selection board for officers reporting to graduate school in August 2026. The FY26 PMP selection board may select up to 12 PMPs from a pool of eligible Active Duty and Training and Administration of the Reserves officer applicants for assignment to the United States Naval Academy (USNA), Naval War College (NAVWARCOL), or Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). Selected applicants must be released by their current community and must be eligible to fill a billet in the rank of Commander (CDR) or be a Lieutenant Commander selected for promotion to CDR. 2.
