Those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Based on the attached
memorandum, effective September 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020
the deferment of FICA taxes for everyone earning less than $4000
bi-weekly, has been ordered and has commenced.  As a result, your net
pay on September 15, 2020 could be slightly higher due to a temporary
change in Social Security (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance
or OASDI).
2.  Per IRS guidance, this deferral will be collected from your wages
between January 1, 2021 and April 30, 2021.  If you have additional
questions regarding this temporary deferral, please visit the IRS
