RMKS/1. The purpose of this message is to announce the deactivation of
DWOWS case type REENL/EXTNS, to be replaced with four new DWOWS case
types.
2. As of December 15, 2023, changes to submission of DWOWS case type
are as follows:
CASE TYPE "REENL/EXTNS" HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED AND REPLACED WITH FOUR
NEW CASE TYPES.
Field issues with Reenlistments, involving a bonus: submit into DWOWS
system "Navy Bonuses" as case type "Reenlistment-Bonus".
Field issues with Reenlistments, not involving a bonus: submit into
DWOWS system "Navy Active Duty" as case type "Reenlistment-No Bonus".
Field issues with Extensions: submit into DWOWS system "Navy Active
Duty" as case type "Extension".
Field issues with Retain in Service: submit into DWOWS system "Navy
Active Duty" as case type "Retain in Service".
