ANY PRIMS RECORD THAT INDICATES A FAILURE (BCA OR PRT) WILL AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE AN NSIPS ADMINISTRATIVE REMARKS ENTRY. MANY OF THESE ENTRIES HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED IN NSIPS ESR OR PROPERLY SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICIAL MILITARY PERSONNEL FILE (OMPF) BECAUSE OF A MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE NECESSARY PROCEDURES. THE FOLLOWING STEPS WILL ENSURE PROPER NSIPS ESR VERIFICATION AND OMPF FILING: 1. IF THE PSD/PERSOFF IS E-SUBMISSION (ESUB) CAPABLE THEY WILL TRANSMIT THE ADMINISTRATIVE REMARKS TO THE OFFICIAL MILITARY PERSONNEL FILE (OMPF) USING THE ESUB APPLICATION.
