THIS MESSAGE TARGETS PERSONNEL, ADMINISTRATIVE, DISBURSING, AND PASS OFFICES 
REGARDING CURRENT PAY/PERSONNEL ISSUES FOR BOTH ACTIVE AND RESERVE PERSONNEL. 

2. ISSUE 191901: NSIPS Cloud Migration
 
NSIPS is in final preparations to migrate to its new hosting location within 
the Amazon Web Service (AWS) GovCloud. The migration will be taking place 
1600 CDT 24 October 2019 to 0700 CDT 29 October 2019. During this time NSIPS will 
be unavailable to users. Once NSIPS is migrated, access will be restored and users 
will be able to access NSIPS Web at the new web address: https://www.nsips.navy.mil.

The NSIPS home page, or splash screen (https://nsipsprod-sdni.nmci.navy.mil), 
will be up during this maintenance period with a message indicating the status of 
the migration and the new web address.

The following systems and functions will be impacted during the migration period:
- NSIPS
- MyPCS
- OPAS
- eLeave portlet on MyNavy Portal
- NSIPS links on MyNavy Portal

NSIPS helpdesk will be standing by to assist customers who encounter any issues 
after the migration.   

3.  DJMS Updates
Per reference (a) the below dates are pertinent to the off line schedule of NSIPS 
due to cloud migration:

any unresolved recycles or rejects not being processed for October MER.
