ERSONNEL.
2. Issue 210401: DWOWS System. The Defense Workload Operations Web System
(DWOWS) is a web based tracking system used by DFAS Cleveland Military Pay
Operations (MILPAYOPS) to track workload for Navy Active and Reserve Service
Members. This system provides benchmark-reporting statistics for management and
technicians for turnaround time on case production and backlog. The system
provides a feature that allows users to upload source documentation needed to
work a case and provide an audit trail.  It is designed to handle both manual
and electronic input files, these files are processed by MILPAYOPS each
business day.
3.  Issue 210402. DWOWS Upgrade.  As announced in REF A, DWOWS was upgraded to
version RLSE21.01.00 the weekend of January 23-24, 2021.  The new User Guide is
located within DWOWS System Home Page, listing all the new upgrades.  All Navy
DWOWS users should acquaint themselves with the changes made in this upgrade
release.
4.  Issue 210403.  Common Error Reported.  Since the upgrade a common, critical
error reported is when users create a new DWOWS case;
a. Make sure to select correct CASE TYPE.
1.For example, DFAS is seeing cases in which the CASE TYPE is set
for ACCESSION and the request is for bonuses, separation and other
type of cases.  With this New DWOWS System upgrade, if used
properly, it will reduce the amount of referrals, thus reducing
the turnaround time for completion.
b. DWOWS System will not automatically changed the CASE TYPE, users most
change it based on the type of request being sent.
c. When adding a case and the case type that they are trying to submit is
not in the drop down menu, then the user needs to change the System Type
and look for the Case Type under the System that it has been assigned to.
5.  Issue 210404.  To request access to DWOWS System, submit a DD2875 SAR Form.
This form must be completed from PART I thru PART III and it must be digitally
signed by a DDO, Information Owner and IAO or Appointee.  Once the form is
completed,
