Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Cybersecurity Awareness Training Requirement. Reference (a) provided guidance for the FY25 Cyber Awareness Challenge (CAC) training requirement. The FY25 CAC training requirement is a prerequisite for system access for all Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) Information Technology (IT) Systems and Applications. 3. New Systems Access. In accordance with guidance issued by BUPERS Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) all new systems access requests received by the appropriate systems access action office on or after 15 October 2024, must have completed the FY25 Cybersecurity Awareness training. All requests without the adequate documentation for FY25 Information Assurance (IA) training will not be adjudicated. 4.
