Due to updates with the Global Household Goods contract, Personally Procured Move (PPM) advance requests may be submitted using DD Form 2278 or new document Shipment summary worksheet. All pertinent information contained on the DD Form 2278 will also be on the Shipment summary worksheet. 3. Entitlements and move summary section of the Shipment summary worksheet will indicate authorized advance amount and if the Service Member elected to receive PPM advance. 4. PPM advance will only be paid if key supporting documentation indicates advance is requested. 5.
