Navy Drug Detection and Deterrence (DDD) Program Education and Training

ADAMS and DAPA courses are available for enrollment online. The ADAMS and DAPA courses can be accessed by logging in with your CAC to Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) at The UPC Course is available at Navy e-Learning at Once accessed, each respective course description includes important information about the course. The table below shows the title and identification number, access information and mandatory/suggested attendees for each course.

CANTRAC > Type "ADAMS" in the general search field > Select the appropriate CDP based on location > Follow instructions to enroll Mandatory: COs, OICs, XOs, CMCs, COBs.      Suggested: Other senior personnel as required
DAPA Course                                   (CIN) S-501-0130 CANTRAC > Type "DAPA" in the general search field > Select the appropriate CDP based on location > Follow instructions to enroll Mandatory: E7 and above (Primary DAPA)                                                   Mandatory: E5 and above (Assistant DAPA)
Urinalysis Program Coordinator (UPC)  Course                              (CIN) CPPD-UPC-2.1 Navy e-Learning> Go to "Course Catalog" tab > Type "UPC" in the number or title search field > Click "Enroll" under Course Status
