Electronic Submission of Selection Board Documents (ESSBD) is the preferred method of communicating with officer promotion and enlisted advancement selection boards in accordance with NAVADMIN 220/19.  If ESSBD is unavailable, letters to the board may be sent via encrypted e-mail (cscselboard@navy.mil) or postal mail to these boards via the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC): Address for Correspondence to a Promotion Board

DO NOT send letters for promotion and advancement selection boards to your detailer or any other PERS Code.  

Applications and letters to Administrative or Screening Boards might need to go a different address than the MNCC.  Check the web page of the PERS code that sponsors the board for specific instructions.

NOTE:  Board membership will no longer be released until after the results of the board are released.
