The Navy is modernizing the MyNavy HR enterprise to provide improved service delivery to all Sailors, their families, and future recruits. This effort will transform how human resources are offered through a holistic, end to end effort that will impact the Navy “hire to retire” lifecycle. Transformation will enable the Navy to sustain a high state of readiness now and into the future. By improving the speed, accuracy, and quality of career, training, personnel and pay services, and streamlining systems and processes, MyNavy HR will be better positioned to equip and supply the Navy’s most valuable resource: our people.
The MyNavy HR Transformation is focused on six lines of effort: Personnel and Pay, Sailor Experience, MyNavy Assignment (MNA), Authoritative Data Environment (ADE), Learning Stack and Ready Relevant Learning (RRL), and Recruiting Transformation.

Personnel and Pay
Navy Personnel and Pay System (NP2) will be the first integrated Active Component & Reserve Component (AC/RC) personnel and pay system that enhances the way Sailors receive pay support, including Treasury Direct Disbursing (TDD), and will improve Navy pay auditability.
MyNavy Career Center (MNCC) provides integrated HR Self-Service and a 24/7 world-class contact center for effective and efficient career management and personnel and pay issue resolution. A single point of entry will also provide a direct and seamless connection to all public-facing MyNavy HR sites, enabling self-service access to personnel and career resources via CAC-free multi-factor authentication.
MyNavy Assignment (MNA)
MyNavy Assignment will provide a detailing Marketplace Sailor interface that improves functionalities for Active and Reserve Component Sailors to explore, research, and apply for jobs.
Authoritative Data Environment (ADE)
ADE will provide a single, integrated authoritative data source for MyNavy HR data, which will unleash a powerful set of analytical tool enabling efficiencies and higher performance.
Learning Stack / Ready Relevant Learning (RRL)
Modernized content delivery and curriculum development for Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) will be provided to support on-demand training at the point of need.
A modernized recruiting approach will be implemented to obtain the right Sailors, at the right time, with the right skills while matching skill sets to job, to meet current and future mission needs.
