PERS-4012

Training and Administration of the Reserve (TAR) detailing supports the enlisted personnel who train and administer the Navy Reserve.  Career opportunities currently exist in the enlisted TAR program for personnel in 22 ratings.

Approximately 8000 Sailors serve in the TAR contingent supporting 63,000 Selected Reservists and 46,000 Individual Ready Reserves.
