• Personnel with a DoD Common Access Card (CAC), can order and view their record online at BUPERS Online (BOL).

• Personnel with access to Milconnect may submit requests via the Defense Personnel Records Retrieval System (DPRIS).

• For archived records (retired, discharged, or deceased prior to 1995), contact the U.S. National Archives.

• For additional information on how to request official Navy records, contact Navy Personnel Command.
