Unaccompanied? You can now receive BAH for your dependents' location!
  • Dependent location must be at or near your previous permanent duty station, and in the U.S. (including Alaska or Hawaii)
  • Sailors and CPPAs: Submit requests directly to askmncc@navy.mil (PERS-451 email address is no longer accepting packages)!
  • Requests must contain key support documents listed in para. 5 of NAVADMIN 24-192!
  • CPPAs can find more information in OPS Alert 023-24.
    ID Card Self Service
    Skip the line -- renew online! Save time and travel!
  • Sponsors can renew dependent Uniformed Service Identification Cards (USID) quickly and conveniently using the ID Card Office Online's Family ID Cards module.
  • Need a new CAC or USID? Avoid the walk-in wait! Use the Office Locator & Appointments Guide to easily schedule an in-person appointment.
  • You can also use IDCO to manage and update your CAC, contact information, and GAL information! Civilians can also opt into TSA PreCheck using the My Profile module.

What MNCC Does

  • MNCC HQ:  The Navy’s personnel, pay, and transportation hub for Administration, Training, and Business Operations including the DEERS/RAPIDS Project Office and ID/CAC policy
  • Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC):  A command within MNCC responsible for TSCs, RSCs, TPC, and NAVPTO
  • Human Resources Service Center:  Tier 1 24/7 customer service contact center (833) 330-6622 or askmncc@navy.mil
  • Transaction Service Centers:  Tier 2 HR centers of excellence for personnel and pay transactional work
  • Travel Processing Center:  Tier 2 HR center of excellence for PCS travel advances and claims
  • Navy Passenger Transportation Office:  Global Tier 2 network for passenger transportation and special issuance passports
  • Regional Support Centers:  Fleet-facing Triad support and CPPA training to operational units in targeted geographic areas
