COMMAND TRIAD MEMBERS:
If you are among those who fall under this category and you do not log in for the first 120 days then your account will drop and the PPIB instructions will need to be followed for an account.
If your NOBC or NEC is not correct/does not reflect your Billet as a member of the TRIAD you will need to get this corrected with your personnel office or your access will not auto populate.
If your Billet code is correct and you still do not have the access, please contact AskMNCC@us.navy.mil so that the issue can be investigated.

UIC listing:
You must provide all UICs that you will need to view.
At this time Command Hierarchy is not automatic for all commands and will need to be requested per the PPIB instructions.

NON TRIAD MEMBERS:
When applying for access via JUPITER please ensure you are selecting HCM Restricted as one of the choices on your application page.
NOTE: If this is not selected then you will not be able to access the UCFR reporting tools.
ADVANA access can take 5-7 business days before your access is completed you can submit your request for UICs to our desk askmncc.fct@us.navy.mil at any time after you have applied to JUPITER/ADVANA.
