Navy Operational Support Center Administrators and drilling reservists with a Command Access Card (CAC) can login to BUPERS Online (BOL) to view Annual Retirement Point Record/Annual Statement of Service (SOS) History (ARPR/ASOSH).

All reservists drilling, non-drilling, or retired reservists (Gray Area), and personnel on the retired list (receiving pay) who do not possess a CAC may contact the nearest Navy Operational Support Center Administrators or the My Navy Career Center (MNCC), at 1-833-330-MNCC (1-833-330-6622) for assistance with Reserve questions to include SOS, retirement application and forms.

When calling MNCC and after a brief introductory comments press "1" to speak with a Customer Service Agent:

1 -Caller will identify themselves as a Reserve member requesting information.
2 -The system or the customer service agent will read a privacy statement and request the reservists SSN or DOD ID number for verification of identity.
3 -The Customer Service agent can then access the reservist's information and provide requested information, SOS, status of submitted packages, links to forms and other requested information.  NMCC LINK.

RETIREMENT WITH PAY APPLICATION.  We are experiencing a high volume of retirement applications at this time and processing times have increased.  Please keep in mind that all retirements are retroactive to the effective date.  We are working hard to complete all retirements as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
