Congratulations on your assignment to MyNavy Career Center (MNCC)! MNCC is located on Naval Support Activity Mid-South and is responsible for the management and execution of the tiered service delivery of Navy personnel and pay services. MNCC oversees Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center, Transaction Service Centers, Regional Support Centers, and identification card program services worldwide. Additionally, the MNCC Commander serves as the military human resources workforce sponsor.

MNCC provides 24/7 support to the Fleet, Sailors (active, reserve, veteran, or retiree), families, and recruits. MNCC is the entry point and trusted processing center for HR services across the Navy, afloat and ashore, providing simple, convenient, intuitive, and transparent services empowering Sailors, commands and HR professionals to actively participate in a seamless, streamlined HR resolution process enabled by technology, guiding users to the right outcomes. MNCC operates as an adaptive organization that anticipates and quickly responds to changing HR needs every day.

We are committed to ensure all reporting Sailors and their families are afforded the greatest opportunity for a successful and productive tour of duty. This commitment begins with sponsor assignment. All sponsor assignments are made via the Career Information Management System within 72 hours of receipt of orders and can be accessed by your Command Career Counselor. Additionally, you will be provided with phone numbers and websites for schools, lodging, quick links, and local county information to assist during your transition to MNCC.
