Summer surge for PRDs and Sailor detaching their current command is upon us. If you have a Sailor in their detailing window and multiple jobs are being advertised within the rate, please encourage the member to apply for up to seven jobs per instruction. Detailer’s guidance is to provide the Sailor with one of their preferred selections. If the Sailor only applies for limited billets, Detailer’s are then obligated to select on the members behalf. Let ensure Sailors are communicating so they can get the billet they want and we fill requirements.

2. Update your personal information on My Navy Assignment.
3. Be flexible when choosing duty stations.
