Active Duty CWO-3 Promotion Selection

 
The active duty officer promotion selection boards for this year are for FY-26. This means that officers selected in this year's boards will be promoted in FY-26 beginning 01 OCT 2025.

Phasing Plan - There is no phasing plan for CWO-3 selectees. Promotion to CWO-3 will take place on the first day of the month following completion of 3 years time in grade (TIG).
