There have been some issues with NMCI computers and Adobe forms, the In-browser version of acrobat won’t open forms.  To resolve this issue, right-click on the document link and download it to your desktop.  Then you can open it with Acrobat Reader.  An info bar, will appear and you can click on “Enable All Features” to open the form.
Additionally,
Both the SADR and SAIRO forms can also be found at http://forms.documentservices.dla.mil/ once you are on the site, go to the bottom and click on forms.  At the top in search criteria put in the stock number. The SAIRO is NONSN00013941 and the SADR is NONSN00014407.  When the form comes up click on the disk icon, the "adobe please wait" screen may appear, right click on the document and click "save as", to download it to your desktop, do not click open when done downloading. Close out and go to your desktop and open the file with Adobe Reader, this should allow the "Enable All Features" button.
