UPDATED as of April 16, 2025

OPNAVINST 6110.1K is the current version of the instruction.

16 APR 25
CFL/ACFLs,

  • PRIMS Library. Updated NAVMED 6110/4, NAVPERS 6110.10 AND NAVPERS 6110.11 forms have been added to the PRIMS library.

PRIMS UPDATES:

  • PHA Due Date missing for online PARFQ submission:  The testing phase of the programming issue that has negatively impacted the ability to submit a PARFQ via MyNavy Portal (MNP) is complete.  We anticipate those affected will be able to input their PARFQ online via MNP within the next month.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.

9 APR 25
CFL/ACFLs,

  • Updated PRP FAQ (APR 2025).  You can locate the link to the right under CFL Resources”.  Please review and use it as a reference when you have any questions/issues.

  • You can find the updated “Tip of The Month” at the very bottom of this page.

  • Accidental transfer of a CFL/ACFL record - As a reminder, users should NEVER use a live record to conduct training of any type. If this incident occurs, your PRIMS account access will be completely removed/stripped. The user will have to re-submit all new CFL or ACFL required documents to askmncc.fct@navy.mil to reestablish access and roles.

26 MAR 25
CFL/ACFLs,

CSV File Update:  Due to recent PRIMS development, the use of the CSV file has slightly changed.  When uploading CSV file(s) for PFA Cycle 2025, CFLs must now separate the CSV file(s) between with medical waiver data and without medical waiver data.  For clarity, you cannot upload a single CSV file with mixed data.  CFLs will need to upload two different CSV files.  Additionally, PFA data which needs to be uploaded for previous PFA Cycles (2024 or earlier), can be submitted to askmncc.fct@navy.mil utilizing the CSV file(s) guidance above (separated by medical waiver and without medical waiver data).  CFLs are reminded that all CSV files must be submitted along with the Letter of Correction (LOC) signed by the CO/OIC.  It is very important to follow the CSV file directions exactly as indicated to avoid any upload failures.  Updated/current guidance can be found under the PRIMS Training link, then CSV File Directions.

10 MAR 25
CFL/ACFLs,

Update to PRIMS Issue with Cycle 1 2025 Records. The program error when trying to access  “Cycle 1 2025” PFA record for Sailors assigned to UICs that contain alphabetic characters (i.e. 1234A) has been resolved.  Personnel previously affected must be gained appropriately to ensure that access to Cycle 1 2025 is available.
