CFL/ACFLs,

  • Get Your PFA Scores In.  The end of official Navy PFA Cycle-1 2026 is approaching (30 JUN 26).  As prescribed in Guide-7, CFL/ACFLs have 30 days following the completion of the Navy’s PFA Cycle to enter PFA data.
  • Recent PRIMS System Updates.
    • “Fitness Assessments”/“Fitness Tests” in Contact Records.  These terms have replaced “PFA” within Sailor contact records.  This system-wide change supports data entry for the PFA and Combat Fitness Assessment (CFA) required for combat arms personnel.
    • Medical Waiver Entry Causing PFA to Show “Incomplete”.  A system bug is causing newly entered PFA data with a medical waiver to display as "Incomplete", regardless of the order that medical waiver is entered.  We anticipate the issue will be resolved with next system update on 2 Jul.
    • Cycle-1 2026 PFA Record Visibility Issue.  Some CFLs continue to experience a sporadic issue in which they are unable to view Cycle-1 2026 PFA record for certain Sailors.  While we continue to investigate the issue, we request that you complete the following troubleshooting steps, then create an MNCC case detailing the outcome:
    • Step-1: Is the Sailor gained to the UIC?  (Yes or No)
    • Step-2: Is the Sailor gained into a Dept and/or Division?  (Yes or No)
    • Step-3: Transfer the affected Sailor and regain them strictly to the UIC.  Can you see them now?
      • If YES:  Proceed to Step-4.
      • If NO:  Stop here. Email the CFL DODID, Sailor(s) DODID(s), and UIC(s) to askmncc@us.navy.mil and indicate that Step-3 failed.
    • Step-4: Add the member to the required Dept.  Can you see them now?
      • If YES:  Proceed to Step-5.
      • If NO:  Stop here. Email the CFL DODID, Sailor(s) DODID(s), UIC, and Dept to askmncc@us.navy.mil and indicate that Step-4 failed.
    • Step-5: Add the member to the required Division.  Can you see them now?
    • If YES:  Issue resolved (Good to go).
    • If NO:  Stop here. Email the CFL DODID, Sailor(s) DODID(s), UIC, and Division to askmncc@us.navy.mil and indicate that Step-5 failed.
  • PRIMS LOC Requests.  Errors on LOC submissions are rising.  CFL/ACFLs should use the form templates available under the “Forms” tab on the left of this page to ensure accuracy.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the PRP.  CFL/ACFLs should regularly refer to this webpage and the Coordinator Message Board on the PRIMS homepage for information regarding PRP policy updates and PRIMS-related issues.

CFL/ACFLs,

  • Updated PRP FAQ (June 2026).  You are highly encouraged to review the PRP FAQs which is a link located at the bottom of this page under “CFL Resources”.  These are questions directly from Sailors in the Fleet and answered by the PRP Office with the proper references.

  • You can also find the updated “Tip of The Month” at the bottom of this page.

CFL/ACFLs,

  • BCA Known Issue: Sailors are reporting that when entering BCA data, the Waist section is not displayed. This is due to the user not being logged into the PRIMS module within Salesforce.  In these instances, log out of Salesforce, restart your browser, and log back in. On the left side of the screen, click the 9 dots and select PRIMS.  For dual MNCC and PRIMS users, ensure you select PRIMS during the initial login process, then log into the PRIMS application.

  • PRIMS “incomplete” error - PFA Cycle data will result in incomplete if the waiver is entered after the BCA and PRT

    • Waivers must be entered before PFA data, or it will result in incomplete.  CFLs and ACFLs have edit capabilities.  Steps to accomplish edits can be found in either online CFL or ACFL Training course by typing "edit bca" or "edit prt" in the search feature.

    • CFL/ACFL roles have a limited number of edits on correcting PFA data. This option is provided to assist CFL/ACFLs in fixing errors such as data entry errors, correcting bad day PRTs and editing medical waivers. Once edit limits have been reached, any additional corrections to the official PFA record are to be submitted to My Navy Career Center (MNCC) via letter of correction (LOC), endorsed by the CO as indicated in PRP Guide-1.

  • For CFLs who have no ACFL to enter current cycle data, ensure submission of LOC along with official BCA/PRT/CFT scoresheets to askmncc@us.navy.mil.  Ensure submission using current/approved LOC available via FORMS tab.

  • CSV File Upload Limitation.  Due to a system issue, please limit CSV files to a maximum of 20 Sailors per file.  Also, the number of incorrect CSV documents being submitted with format errors is growing.  Ensure all file data is accurate.  Remember to separate the CSV file(s) between with medical waiver data and without medical waiver data.  You cannot upload a single CSV file with mixed data.  CFLs will need to upload two different CSV files.  See PRP Guide-7 for additional information.  Contact the PRP Office via askmncc@us.navy.mil if further assistance is needed.

Tip of the Month

Make time for active recovery this month.  Instead of pushing yourself to the limit every single day, take 1-2 days per week to do easy activities like walking, stretching, or yoga. This helps your muscles heal, prevents injuries, and keeps you from burning out.
