PFA Data Load Widget (CSV File Upload) Issue in PRIMS. An issue with the PFA Data Load Widget in PRIMS has been identified and is temporarily unavailable to all users. MNCC cases requiring the PFA Data Load Widget for CSV file upload will be placed in a hold status until functionality is restored. Please refrain from submitting new CSV file upload requests until further notice. An update will be provided when more information is available.

Updated Official Navy PFA App (Version 5.1.0). An update has been released to correct a calculator issue with Concept 2 Rower scores. Existing users will be prompted to update the app upon opening. If unprompted, navigate to the “settings” menu, select “version”, then the “update” button.

CY25 PFA Cycle has Officially Ended! As prescribed in Guide-7, CFL/ACFLs are reminded you have 30 days following the completion of the Navy’s PFA Cycle to enter PFA data. All CY25 PFA data must be entered in PRIMS before 31 December 2025.

Get Your PFA Scores In. With less than two weeks until the end of the official Navy PFA Cycle (30NOV25). As prescribed in Guide-7, CFL/ACFLs have 30 days following the completion of the Navy’s PFA Cycle to enter PFA data.
Reminder: CFL/ACFLs are prohibited from conducting an official BCA on a Sailor who is transferring and will not be assigned to the command during the entire command PFA. See PRP Guide-3 for additional details.

“Servicemembers with Gender Dysphoria” PFA Letter of Correction. A sample LOC has been added to the “FORMS” tab to the left. This LOC is used when, due to the administrative absence pending separation under Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Memorandum of February 26, 2025 and ALNAV 038/25, a member cannot participate in the PFA and comply with standards outlined in OPNAVINST 6110.1K.
