BUPERS FIAR

 
Overview:  BUPERS is following OUSD(C) and DON FIAR guidance to ready the MPT&E domain to meet congressionally mandated audit readiness requirements.  The Navy’s ongoing FY15 Schedule of Budgetary Activities (SBA) audit is being conducted by Cotton & Company, an Independent Public Accounting (IPA) firm.
