MISSION
To implement command security policy and procedures per Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) guidelines for Personnel, Information, Physical, Information Systems Security (INFOSEC), Industrial, Communications, Emanations, and Operations Security programs to include the necessary Security Training and Awareness to ensure the protection of classified information in the custody of Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) and Navy Personnel Command (NAVPERSCOM).

SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING - 874-3089
Provide security education and awareness training to command personnel in order to enhance security awareness within NAVPERSCOM and to ensure command personnel understand security requirements for their particular assignments.
ANTITERRORISM (AT) TRAINING
If you are planning to travel overseas on a TAD assignment, moving under PCS orders or in a leave status you are required to receive a CNO mandated Level I AT briefing.
The completion of Level I AT on-line computer based training is required by all command personnel annually.
