Responsible for a wide variety of command support functions including Workforce Development, Personnel Security, Safety, Directives Management and Logistics Support Services.
BUPERS-00T3 Safety and Occupational Health Program Division
The goal and purpose of the Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Division is to ensure that all NPC employees are provided a safe and healthy work environment. To this end, the SOH Manager provides the following services: safety training; unsafe/unhealthful inspections; investigation of mishaps; annual building inspections; quarterly VTH briefings on current safety issues. We also ensure that our special Safety Programs such as Motorcycle Safety, Traffic Safety, and Medical Surveillance Programs are in compliance.
BUPERS-00T4 Directives and Publications Division
This division issues directives to document programs, functions, organizational policies and procedures for which the command is responsible. Publishes and distributes personnel directives and forms via the BUPERS-CD ROM and the reference library of the NAVPERSCOM homepage.
BUPERS-00T1 Internal Controls and Audit Division
This division serves as the deployment champion for BUPERS/NPC Operational Performance, Risk Management, Contracts and Financial Audit Initiatives.
BUPERS-00T2 Integrated Logistics Division
The primary responsibilities of this division include facilitating and coordinating all activities associated providing telecommunications, supply, purchase card and inventory management support for BUPERS/NPC.
BUPERS-00T5 Security Division
The major function of this division is facilitating and coordinating all activities associated with the management of personnel, physical, industrial, operations (OPSEC) and information security. This division is also responsible for managing mail for BUPERS/NPC commands and Personnel Security Investigations for both military and civilian personnel.
