Serves as the deployment champion for NPC's Organizational Performance Initiatives
 
  • Manage the Continuous Process Improvement/LEAN Six Sigma Program
  • Establish, coordinate and provide leadership for command's CPI/LSS Program
  • Lead/coordinate CPI/LSS Projects and provide CPI/LSS training and certification opportunities
  • Coordinate the NPC Command and PERS-5 Managers' Internal Control Programs (MICP)
  • Ensure compliance with Public Law, provide Risk Management and protection of Government resources
  • Manage the Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) and Command Orientation Programs
  • Conduct Introductory and Advanced Level Employee Development
  • Assist new employees with assimilating into the organization
  • Oversee performance measurement/metric development and implementation for PERS-5
