    MNA Conversions
Billet base conversion requests within the same component (Active or TAR) shall be adjudicated within MyNavy Assignments (MNA). The Enlisted Community Manager (ECM) sets conversion (In or Out) quotas each MNA cycle. The Sailor applies for a conversion billet and that rating detailer reviews all applications and makes the selections that best meet needs of the Navy and the Sailor’s desires.

    AC2TAR Conversions
All AC2TAR conversion requests must be submitted IAW MPM 1306-1501 via MNCC and must include the following required documents:

  • NAVPERS 1306/7 (Enlisted Personnel Action Request - ePAR)
