The annual Talent Management Board is held each summer for PRDs in the following Fiscal Year. The August 2024 Talent Management Board will cover PRDs between October 2024-December 2025. The Talent Management Board announcement is linked above, please reach out to your detailer if you are interested in applying!

FIRST TOUR DIVO
Completion of your Surface Warfare Officer qualification is the critical component of the first division officer tour and is a prerequisite for Department Head screening for all surface line officers.  OFFICERS WILL NOT BE SLATED TO THEIR SECOND DIVISION OFFICER TOUR BEFORE COMPLETING THE OOD U/W QUALIFICATION. Ensure that your Detailer receives your OOD letter--scan and email is fine.  Fleet Up requests MUST be received before an officer slates to a 2nd Tour.

SHORE TOUR
With the exception of Talent Management Programs, shore billet jobs are assigned during the competitive slate process.  Signing a DHRB contract prior to slating for shore has benefits – talk to your detailer about executive slating!

How to submit DHRB  
  I've signed for DHRB, when do I switch Detailers?
      You officially switch to the 1st Tour DH Detailer once you have orders to DH
       school.  You are free to contact the 1st Tour DH Detailer with specific questions
      before then, just keep your assigned Detailer in the loop.
